We believe in Noody—like, really believe in it. But we also know that sensitive skin can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for skin reactions, provided the conditions below are met.
The Fine Print (Because Fair is Fair)
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Patch test before full use. Apply a small amount to a test area and wait 24 hours before using it all over.
- Not have switched directly from steroid creams or other medical treatments. Skin needs time to adjust, and reactions from withdrawal aren’t a product issue.
- Check the label for any known allergens or irritants before use. If you already know your skin doesn’t like something, we can’t take the blame.
- Provide evidence of the reaction. This means clear photos and a completed Skin Reaction Form (we’ll send it to you when you contact us).
- Refunds are only available for adverse skin reactions—not for general dissatisfaction, scent preferences, or if you just don’t think the product "works" for you.
How to Request a Refund
If Noody didn’t work out, here’s what to do:
- Email us at hey@noody.co.nz within 30 days of your order’s shipping date, including:
- Your full name, order number, and shipping address.
- A brief description of the reaction (when it happened, how long after application, symptoms, etc.).
- Clear photos of the reaction.
- A photo of the product showing how much was used.
- A completed Skin Reaction Form (we’ll send this to you).
Return the product to us.
- Returns must include the product (used but not completely empty) and the original receipt.
- You must use a tracked courier service—we can’t refund lost returns.
- Return shipping costs are on you, but we’ll refund the product price minus any original shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If a refund request is denied, we’ll provide a clear explanation and possible next steps.
What’s Not Covered?
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only, limited to one product per household.
- Bundles, gift sets, and bulk orders aren’t eligible for refunds.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original store.
We do not offer refunds for general dissatisfaction (e.g., didn’t like the texture, didn’t see results, didn’t like the smell, etc.).
If you’re unsure about a product, we recommend starting with one item before purchasing bundles.
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, email us, and we’ll replace it free of charge.

Please consult your doctor or pediatric dermatologist before use, especially if your child has eczema, allergies or pre-existing skin conditions. Our products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent skin disorders.
Patch Testing
Always perform a patch test before broader application by trying a dime-sized amount on a small area of skin first and watching for adverse reactions over 24-48 hours.
Ingredient Review
Carefully review our ingredient lists and discontinue use immediately if you notice redness, irritation, swelling or other potential allergic responses.
Transitioning from Other Products
If weaning your child off steroid creams or other medicated products, slowly introduce Noody's formulas in conjunction with your medical professional's guidance to avoid disrupting your child's treatment plan.
Children's skin can be unpredictable, so what works one day may not the next. Discontinue use at the first sign of irritation and consult your doctor.
